Oscillation washing machine series

1. Purpose

This machine is used for washing blankets, carpets, coral fleece fabrics, as well as cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and other fabrics.

2. Technical characteristics

1. Building block combination, according to different product and process requirements, the machine process can be combined arbitrarily.

2. Nominal width: 1600-3200mm according to user requirements.

3. Washing unit: 6 tanks, 7 tanks, 8 tanks, 9 tanks, 10 tanks, etc.

4. AC frequency conversion synchronous transmission, mechanical speed: 10-30m/min according to the process setting.

5. Rotary drum washing machine: adopts plum-shaped drum to form a powerful water flow at 300 rpm, which is sprayed from inside to outside through the rotating cage, effectively and thoroughly

    Wash away impurities such as dye auxiliaries inside the fiber. After washing, the fluff is fluffy and soft without falling down.

6. Two-roll rolling car: one steel roller and one rubber roller (diameter Φ300mm or 220mm), pneumatically pressurized, the rubber roller is nitrile rubber, the structure is stable, and the operation is stable.

7. Heavy-duty rolling car: Φ400 nitrile rubber roller is adopted, and the cylinder side is pressurized. The lever principle increases the pressurization, and the pressure reaches 13-18T. High rolling allowance, effectively saving softener.

8. The cloth guide roller of the whole machine adopts seamless steel pipe covering type, which has good rigidity, high tensile strength and no wrinkle of the felt.

9. The elastic frame adopts heavy hammer adjustment, which is convenient and flexible, and runs smoothly.

10. The whole machine has a compact structure, countercurrent and effective section by section.
